Gone are those days, when Hindi films stunts were done by dummies. In 60s, 70s, and early 80s, all the heroes of Bollywood dare not jump from the hill or take a hand with the mischievous villain. Or to say it this way, that action films were hardly made at that time in Bollywood. Our film industry was not fully equipped with required professionals, trainers, and technologies. If the script demanded some action sequence, the heroes as well as directors preferred dummies. Now in the 21st century, the scenario is completely changed. Our own Bollywood has produced a number of action movies with a number of action heroes. Or should we say that, our film industry has grown more mature in all aspects.

In last couple of years, Bollywood had given us action films like, Krrish, Singh is Kinng, Dhoom etc. Very recently, Hollywood stunt choreographer, Colin Handley visited New Delhi to oversee a workshop by the Asian Academy of Film and Television, Noida. He worked with Hollywood action heroes like Arnold, Stallone, Van Damme and also worked as the stunt choreographer in the American soap Baywatch. He believes that Bollywood actions are no less than the Hollywood once. He reportedly compares the stunts of Bollywood flicks with that of Spiderman or Superman. He named two latest Hindi films in this respect, Akshay Kumar starrer Singh is Kinng and Hritthik Roshan starrer Krrish. He told the media that Singh is Kinng is one of the finely made action films in India so far while Krrish is an example of superb parity between action and technology. When asked Colin about his interest on Bollywood he hinted that he might work in Hindi films in near future.

Well, he might be aware of the news of the making of the sequel of Singh is Kinng very soon.
