Actress Kareena Kapoor and actor Saif Ali khan have recently shot in Philadelphia for their upcoming film, Karan Johar’s untitled next. This film is based on the burning issue of terrorism and it particularly concentrates on the London serial bombing in 2005. The flick is being directed by debutant director Rensil D’ Silva. Karan first wanted to shoot this film in London, but as he did not get permission from the British authorities, he could not shoot in his favorite shooting place and has to shift the shooting to Philadelphia.

During the shoot, the temperature of Philadelphia was minus-three degrees. Kareena had almost a similar experience during the shooting of ‘3 Idiots’ with Aamir Khan, which was shot in the inhospitable mountains of Ladakh. But Kareena considers her latest experience to be the coldest. In spite of wearing pullovers, jackets, shawls and boots, Kareena was still feeling the chilling air in her bones. In this kind of weather, Kareena shot till 2 am in the morning. Kareena herself says, “It was the coldest night of my life… You’ve no idea what it was like in that heavy snowfall with a unit of 80 people. But it looked like heaven.” As she survived the cool weather, we presume that it was only Saif’s presence which kept her warm inside.

After this chilling out experience, Kareena and Saif are planning to go for a one-week holiday in France in this December last.
