Emphasize Communication Skills
What is academic competition in the truest sense? For years there have been awards for the assessment of different candidates in several disciplines conferred upon by many prestigious across the four corners of the world, and being appreciated by the people at large. However, it has been found in this regard that in the recent years there has been the origin of a new notion of academic competition among an assortment of intellectuals, scientists and educationists in the international continuum that in its turn has rendered a new saga, quite health, but also unhealthy to a certain extent. But what matters is the inhuman dearth of communication skills, that are perhaps at an all time low and this reality is slowly being realized by the growing competitive atmosphere in the entire planet.

Even in the business world, it has been found that the concept of communication skills, one of the foremost aspects in the field of academic competitions, are at an all time low. There have been numerous articles or testimonies produced in this respect so as to enhance the communication skill but it must be accepted at the same time that a minuscule or negligible amount development has been perceived. At many times it has been found that even in the best business organizations with the proclamation of an intra-house seminar, it is a common scene that even the top honchos of the very company out of a strange frame of mind of inferiority hesitates to go through an ideal presentation in the ensuing program and prefers to confer it on some subordinate. Now the question is what can be the basic reason behind this? It is the same sense of lack of effective communication skills that are posing the grates danger. We have found that in the international academic competitions the same is visible, that brings to us the necessity to concentrate on this aspect of the development of communication skill at best.
