The pair of Ashishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has finally got a break from their busy schedule. The couple had suffered a lot for last two months’ hectic schedule. The twosome had been shooting for Mani Ratnam’s Ravana in Kerala, when Big B fell ill and admitted to hospital. Ravana’s shooting had to be stopped in a mid way. Following Amitabh Bachchan’s recovery, the duo got back to work in Kerala. They had to make up two weeks’ loss. So Aishwarya did not celebrate her birth day. To add on that, Abhishek caught a high fever in the outskirts of Kerala jungles. So when they had finished the first production schedule for Mani Ratnam's Ravana, they were free to spend some holiday only to return on the sets of Ravana on 14th November. They have been spending their much-awaited holiday in a beautiful resort beside the famous Athirappilly waterfalls near Chalakudy town for the last two weeks.

Rani Ratnam and his unit is so rigid in not allowing a single member of press and fans that they have arranged tight security cordon around the sets. According to the sources, the director himself does not want anyone to take a glimpse of the look of the film.But the media caught Ash arriving on the location dressed up as a Tamil Brahmin. So we presume that Ravana is a story of Ramayana, where Ash is playing Sita and Abhi is playing Ram while south superstar Vikram is playing Ravana and the story will resolve around the eternal love of Ram-Sita. But according to the rumours, Abhi and Vikram will swap their roles in the Tamil version, where Abhi will play Ravana and Vilram will play Ram.
