CBI RAID ON JHUGGIE MAFIA Now since it has been proved after CBI raid on Ashok Malhotra that a strong Jhuggie-mafia is the real beneficiary of a wrong policy of giving plot-lands to jhuggie-dwellers after their eviction, the policy should be abandoned immediately. Otherwise also, it is highly improper that persons having looted public-land of prime-value are rewarded by allotment of plots encouraging others to do so which is the main reason for unchecked encroachment of public-land.
