CONVICTING SANJAY DUTT Information & Broadcast Minister Priyaranjan Dass Munshi has echoed voice of nation in terming 6-year sentence by TADA court to Sanjay Dutt very harsh. Even the convicting judge seems to be wishing a relief to him by the Apex Court . It seems the film-star was punished mainly to avoid criticism by real guilty ones who still are not ashamed of their crime and even made violent protests against verdicts in the court. Punishment for crime is to reform the convict, and Sanjay Dutt should have been given relief for his admittedly exemplary good behaviour during his days in jail while he was transformed into an ideal citizen in last fourteen years.
