Murray admits he must work on his mental strength

London, May 12ANI: British tennis star Andy Murray admits that he must concentrate on the mental side of his game if he is to contend for major titles. Murray, who plays Italian Potito Starace today for a place in the quarterfinals of the Rome Masters, is worried his occasional concentration lapses are making his life tougher. He suffered a few worrying lapses in concentration in his 6-2, 2-6, 6-3 second-round victory over Belgian veteran Xavier Malisse. "I've been a lot better the past few years at not letting my opponents back into sets and matches when I've gone ahead. That was something I didn't feel I was that great at early on in my career," The Daily Express quoted Murray, as saying. "When I was up 5-3 in the third - and even though I haven't played that many matches - I hit three aces and I focused right from the first point of the game on my serve." "That's what I need to do for every service game, not just when I'm serving for the match. It needs to be from the first game to the last. That will make life a lot easier for myself," he added. ANI
