The concept of Global economy from the very beginning has been facing stiff challenges from the world over. The rise of the United States of America as the sole super power in the international hegemony subsequent to the disintegration of the Soviet Union along with its satellites has given rise to the concept of Liberalization, Globalization and Privatization in the global helm of affairs. However, through from the end of the Second World War the whole of Europe was in the grip of the saga of open market economy but with the rise of grave inflation followed by unemployment and general discontentment has brought the notion of Global economy before a great question. What is the global economy heading to? In respect of the crises of the resent days one of the major issues that is rocking the entire country of Germany at the moment is the great changes or rapid modifications that are going on. The rising tide of anger of the youth and the emergence in new fashion of Anarchism in the continent of Europe are posing greater challenges and raising new questions over the credibility of the entire concept, which must be answered. With the emergence of new economic powers the world economy and the economic power of Germany is changing giving new opportunities and challenges in the working sector. Though from the 1970s Germany has been showing a persistent and firm currency resulting into a strong economic growth and uniting a competitive market economy forging partnership with other countries and thus becoming an important fact in the realm of economic prosperity and stability, the saga of globalization demands even new modifications that is becoming tough or the German people to withstand. However in this day and age globalization has reached a striking spectrum in its development. Its influence poses a threat to the industrial infrastructure of Germany, as the German companies tend to export their manufacturing and production lines abroad. Thus, the label 'Made in Germany' becomes an urgent advertisement pattern problem and the number of working is dropping rapidly, which in turn slashing the work force to a substantial level creating a huge discontent and anarchic situation in the country. If the condition of the countries of the developed world be like this, then where are the developing nations? Not to speak of the tiny nations even the Asian giants like India is also facing the same crises and the pressure to a drastic step to go out of the purview of the phase of Globalization is mounting throughout the country.
