Essential For A Better Life

In each and every religion there is a special significance of prayer and mediation, since it is regarded as one of the most serene and sanctified means of communion with the Almighty or the Absolute. To be very precise, this engulfed process of prayer and meditation have been proven in multiple settings to have a profound influence on the health of people and in particular on hospital patients. This is perceived in the best way when people engaged in the daily prayers and meditations depict noticeable decreases in stress hormone levels. Again these people are found to age better, live longer, and therefore the basic competence to handle any adversity happens to be much improved. If you are also in the same group you should do the same. If you are an atheist, even then you can do the same, but with a full preparation. You can do it anywhere at anytime, in an elevator, in a quiet room, before going to sleep at night, the possibilities are endless.
