It is nice if any one intends to be an accomplished actor in his or her life. But it is indeed a tough career where there is no such assurance of earning. If you are successful you shall be atop of the list of fame. But if you are not, you will be simply at nowhere. As a result you shall have to be very cautious from them moment you are a part of any audition. If you have really got a chance in any audition of a movie, you shall have to be very attentive and make every attempt to finalize your participation in the main group of actors of the movie. Why is it so? The fact is, auditions are a nerve-wracking experience for actors. Bear in mind that most auditions are by invitation only. But if you are called for an audition you will as a rule be given what are called "sides" or a few pages of a script that you will have to read at the audition. In this esteem the first thing you have to do is to read the script and get prepared for the part. Apply your brain and discover everything you can about the very character you're going to be playing at least in the audition. Keep in mind that the lines of the script aren't important yet, while it is important to concentrate on the demand of the character. For that make your focus to the character. How old, where from, how the character feels about other characters in the story. Since it is related with your career, and not any such pastime, if it is possible prepare yourself through the night burning candles. Now while reading the script before the casting director don't get nervous and be free. Once it is over all depends on the director, who if likes your effort will call you again. If you get the call prepare yourself for more hard works. But keep records of each audition. Make notes of what things you did and what you think you can do better the next time.
