Time to Restrain? |

Have you ever imagined if by a time machine we are sent or suddenly transported to hundred years back what shall happen? A considerable section, if not more, will die boredom before we could return to our own time. What is the reason? Since we can't think even to exist without the present concept of entertainment. To be very precise, we do live in that age, when every thing is determined by the saga of entertainment. Well, there is no doubt that it is also spoiling the surrounding environment, since it provokes our greed to have more. Take for instance, the invention of radio. When it was invented, in the very first few years many couldn't believe of its existence. The concept that information would be heard in any room, when there was not the presence of any person was supposed to be incredible. With the invention of the television the scene was completely changed. So long there was the cinema, but to watch all sitting in your living room was nothing except a dream for many people and also to many generations. This led to the development of the business of television, and it was seen even poor families were buying television sets at the cost if their lands, their main source of livelihood! With the introduction of Internet, ad the saga of CD& VD the situation is grimmer. Here is the video on demand, and even several phones are also working as entertainment gazettes. With this we are losing our traditional virtues and also simplicity. Thus we are gradually becoming entertained fools, no longer able to check the destruction of the society in respect of values and many other aspects, sitting idle and watching the human agony.
