New Delhi, May 22ANI: Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh on Sunday said that India's relationship with Pakistan is stable at the moment, but it is 'prone to accidents'. "Meetings between Home Secretaries and Commerce Secretaries have taken place, so it's a hopeful beginning. But relationship with Pakistan is prone to accidents," Dr. Singh said while taking to reporters after a function to celebrate the second anniversary of the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance UPA-II government in New Delhi. On a question on whether he was demoralized by the scams which have emerged in his second term, the Prime Minister said: "There is no question of being demoralized. There have been few aberrations, but we are determined to fight back." Dr. Singh had invited all the parliamentarians of the UPA for a dinner at his residence to celebrate the second anniversary of the UPA-II government. He had also invited the prominent leaders of all the political parties who have extended support to the UPA. ANI Posted by aniin on Tuesday May 24 reply Comments |
